My first career was an Illustrator for Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. I continue to use my knowledge of color and design ever since. I now have twenty years cake experience, while having worked for and been trained by some truly amazing Chefs.

I take one cake a week to protect the integrity of my cakes and love meeting the people I will design for. I am obsessed with how my creations look and taste, using luxurious ingredients like Valrhona chocolate, farm fresh butter and cream, perfectly ripe fruit, and fragrant spices.

Location

By appointment only based in Southeastern Connecticut. With frequent deliveries to Eolia Mansion, Branford House, Salt Water Farm Vineyard, Jonathan Edwards Winery and stunning private Connecticut seacoast residences to name a few.
